Complaint Review: Global Financial

I received a call about getting a credit card
with a limit of 2,500 and it it would only take
a starting fee of 260.00. I accepted the offer and
gave them my account information to start the fee.
That was in December of 2002. After they sent me
a package with information about the card I decided
to decline it and sent in the paper work that showed
I had declined the card. I called Global Financial about
getting a refund on my money, they said it would be done,
and I am still waiting. The phone number that I used to
call no longer in service or something because when I call
it is always busy.

I would really like to have my money returned to me.
I would appreciate it very much if that could be done.
