An Agent out of London called my place of employment 12 times and yelled at my co-workers, management. HR, and the VP of the company that i work for. It was unnecessary and embarrassing harrassment. He would not provide his ID number he only gave us a first name and said that his company was based out of Reno NV.... If I have never been humiliated before this made up for it.
