Complaint Review: Global Financial

My problem started in November 2002 right before Thanksgiving with GLOBAL FINANCIAL one of their friendly scum staff called my home and told me i was approved for a credit card with a value of $2500.00 and I had to only pay a one time fee of $221.95 to get my credit back on the right tract so

I did it and now I'm out the money. They told me 2 weeks till the card came and after 3 weeks i called and they said no the sales office made a mistake it takes 4 to 6 weeks well it never came so in Feb.2003 I asked for a refund and they sent a letter that I had to sign and return VIA Certifyed mail and I did that and they said 6 weeks for processing and I waited again now 8 weeks later no refund and now they do not even answer the phone and I call every day

I filed a complaint with the on line Better Business Buearo today and now I'm writing to you can someone please help me I have talked to operator Holly at ext 121 and a guy name George that has been rude Rolanda at# 7146 and also Jim the one who recorded the transaction and his # was 57092 and when you ask to speak with these people they say there is no such person or they have the day off.. please help me thank you
