I have a major concern with the business known as Global Gold and Metals Trading. I am writing this report in order to inform the general public that may be looking for information on this business. I will let the consumer decide whether this is a business that they would wish to deal with as I voice my concerns with them. I will refer to Global Gold and Metals Trading as GGMT hereafter. GGMT is also known as globalgoldxchange on the website Ioffer.com. You can view their current listings at www.ioffer.com/users/globalgoldxchange They currently have 92 items listed.

I came across GGMT through their ioffer store late in 2010. I bought a few things through ioffer and purchases went relatively smoothly. After a few purchases I started to buy placing orders with them directly. I would contact via email or phone to obtain a quote for an amount of product I wanted to purchase. They in turn would send an invoice with bank wire instructions to send payment. Ive done this for several orders throughout the remainder of 2010 and 2011. All business practices seemed good up to that point. All of this changed when I placed an order for 330oz. of silver in March of 2012 and a subsequent order for 80oz. in July of 2012.

I will describe the circumstance for this report which started in March of 2012.  I placed an order for 330oz. of silver with GGMT on March 28, 2012. They acknowledged they received my payment on March 30, 2012 and as always indicated there is a 3 day processing on bankwires and expected shipping date is April 3rd, 2012. On April 16th I inquired about the status of this order and a prior order that was running a little behind schedule. I was informed that they did not receive all of their expected shipment and they will ship the remainder of the prior order and this order the next day. I could go through all of the emails and get very exact but I want to keep this to a minimum. The first package I received from this 330oz was on May 4th, 2012. it was suppose to be 30oz. but only 20oz. showed up in the package. They acknowledged this mistake and corrected my balance. This has been a pattern for this order ever since. As of September 14th, 2012 I have received 170oz. of silver toward this order and I have yet to receive any silver from the July 12, 2012 order of 80oz. which was promised for delivery on July 17, 2012. You may be wondering why did I make another order while I was still short a previous order. I still had confidence in this business because they were slowly getting my order to me and making great excuses to my inquiries while I waited.  I also had another small order that was fulfilled in June of 2012 although it was a little slow in arriving in partial shipments.

I have been told some outrageous excuses during the last 6 months as to why they are GGMT is not able to fulfill my order. The last attempt they made to send a shipment to me was July 18, 2012 when both the order from July 12, 2012 and 60oz of silver from the March 28 order was to be shipped. They forwarded a delivery confirmation number as always and I waited eagerly. July 25th I inquired as to why this package does not show movement on the USPS website. I was replied we are checking into this. I did not receive any further communication from them until I inquired again on July 30, 2012. I was replied with the package was received back addressee unknown not sure what the problem is. This went on throughout the month of August 2012 they said they sent the package again with the same delivery confirmation number and it came back a second time late in August. Ive been told many unbelievable circumstances for the lack of delivery of the 240oz. of silver that is owed to me.

I will leave it to you the consumer to decide whether this is a reputable company that you would wish to deal with. The 6 month wait for a delivery on a product should be more than enough to put you off but, if that were not enough you need also to know I was told by GGMT that they can reuse delivery confirmation numbers that get returned for whatever reason because they do not get charged until a shipment arrives based on a special privilege they have through their business. I believe this is a lie because I called the Dumfries Virginia US Post Office and they told me there is no such privilege for anyone that deals with the US Post Office. I have also been told by GGMT they have pick ups daily at their warehouse by the US Post Office and Fedex. I asked the Post Master for Dumfries Virginia Post Office about this arrangement and they know of no particular arrangement nor do they know any business named Global Gold and Metals Trading. I figure in the mind of GGMT their warehouse is the address they use which is a UPS Store. I also am in phone contact with another person that is owed quite a substantial amount of precious metal from this same business GGMT. It is my understanding that GGMT agreed to refund their money based on market prices but has only refunded about 5% of the amount as of 1 week ago. When I talked with this person we shared some of the same excuses that I have received over the last 6 months.

The last 2 weeks have been particularly painful because they are ignoring my calls and emails. Their once seemingly customer service oriented approach has become very cowardly as you would expect from a business that cant sustain their business model. Some might think they are closing their doors and leaving with your money.

I would like you to consider that this business is still selling precious metals through the ioffer website mentioned earlier and through phone and email sales, yet, they cant seem to get me the 240oz. that is owed to me. The same metal that is owed to me is listed on the ioffer website. As a consumer I ask you why would you buy from a business that cant deliver on its promises.

Buyer beware.

I am in the same position as you.

Contact the following agencies.

FBI, Local state general attorney, Georgia local state general attorney, Virginia state General Attorney, United States Postal Inspection Service, Your Bank Wire Fraud Department if you sent them a wire. Also make sure you contact your local police, file a police report, they will also investigate using their wire transfer fraud department, + they will contact the police department in VA and GA and they will go after EARL MOHAMMAD, AKA ABDULMALIK MOHAMMAD, they trace phone numbers, bank accounts and so on just like the FBI...they are actually a few names he goes under, earl is not his real name... You can also find their company registration online with their GA addresses.. Not only that, you can search their ebay user is which was also globalgoldxchange they have many negative feedback reviews for not shipping items to people. I have a ton more information...very easy to take legal action just a matter of time.

They are also holding my $13,000 which they dont seem to give a s**t about...i dont know what they are thinking? Its very ridiculous on their part, they will suffer many penalties and fines, possible jail time as well. im not sure what they are waiting for.
