I paid $9.95 for the shipping via FedEx of a "Training" DVD/brochure. I saw the ad on our local newspaper employment website. The company name on DVD is Global Home Business Systems with no address/phone number. The return shipping label shows Merelle Worldwide LLC, Shipping Department, 804 Port America, Grapevine, Texas 76051. Their phone number is 682-223-9160. I got a recording "I'm sorry but that person is not available." Then a man's voice recording states: To contact Cynthia Sapp dial ext. 9202 (she never answers); Michael Doyle ext. 9208; Tom Wilkens ext. 9203. A live person can not be contacted. If this was a legit business, they would not hide facts from us. I filed a complaint with the BBB in Forth Worth, Texas. I also had to cancel my debit card & alert my bank about this scam so no more money is taken from my account. Banks can not stop payment on Debit cards! I should not have believed their BBB logo on their site because the co. name Global Home does not come up on the BBB site. The address for the shipping co. Morelle, does come up with a business name titled E Home Business. I have a phone "appointment" to speak with my "personal coach" Driscilla McCourtie at 8:30am tomorrow. I intend to tell her I will return the DVD & am not interested. I hope there is no way she can take money from my account since I have canceled my debit card. We will see. Do not buy anything online with your debit card unless you know that the business is legit. Ask specific questions & if you do not get clear answers..RUN!

If your debit card has a Visa or MasterCard logo, you have the same protection as a regular credit card.
