Complaint Review: global ink of america

i had ordered bulk refill ink to make printer refill kits. we sold them at various flea markets in florida. needing the ink fast for the upcoming weekend i had ordered next day delivery. i didnt get the ink the next day in fact it was four days later.when i contacted them it was pass the buck to u.p.s.then u.p.s. told me no it was global inks responsibility for a refund on my next day delivery. this went on for over three months until finally i quit calling them back. so far i have never seen a cent of my money back and very poor customer relations from global ink i will not order from them again and also i advise all of my friends and country men to the same.
