on september 22, I ordered from the herbal smoke shop, paid the rush shipping to get it here quicker, after 3 e-mails, and no responses, The only thing I can figure out is that the many happy return customers that they speak of, are on another planet, I'm seriously considering contacting an attorney to get my money back.
