I placed an order for $40.94US on the 24/09/2005. It has now been 12 weeks and I have not received goods, and in trying to contact the company have had no response to repeated efforts via e-mail and phone messages.

I am disputing the transaction with my CC supplier and based on the multiple complaints posted on this website, I am confident that the transaction will be reversed.

In saying this it is dissapointing that a company is able to operate in this manner. I get the feeling they do have the products they claim to based on some of the posted responses and testimonials etc etc, however their ability to process there incoming orders, to keep up with product demand and keep customers updated on progress of deliveries is where they are completely lacking.

I would definitely avoid doing business with these backyard boys or any other of there associated businesses in the future for ease of mind.

note I have refrained from using any expletives, derogatory insults to the supplier or threats that i cannot keep. I am not interested in revenge and I take this as an opportunity to learn a message that i knew all along, you cannot trust everything you read on the internet. I simply want my money refunded to my CC

I took someones advice and e-mailed derek@herbal-smoke-shop.com and got a response. i requested a refund on my credit card, but Derek suggested he would investigate where my package is at with usps & customs. In his defence he also claims he sends millions of packages a week so that the amount of complaints that appear on this site are relatively small as a percentage to total satisfied customers. on the other hand i really wonder how many people are disatisfied and do not lodge a complaint and simply cop the loss on the chin.
