I wish I had did a google search to realize that this H&H had this problem with orders before I placed mine on Dec. 9th. On that date I placed an order in the amount of $44.94. I have contacted them with several emails and voicemails and not one customer service rep has called me back.

My money was taken of the account and still I haven't received my good which should have been shipped out express by Fedex {2-3 day air}. I also noticed that the website has changed since last month, which shows someone is available running this business.

So in the future I will not order from Global Life Enhancements H&H Enterprises Herbal Smoke Shop. I will also be sure to inform other consumers whom I know purchase there merchandise to look else where.

I just wanted to say that having just received an order from them yesterday (4/10/06) that I placed with them only last Thursday (4/06/06), I'm VERY happy with them. I ordered via credit card online, and their product exceeded my expectations. Having tried similar products from one of their competitors, I can truly see why their competition might having something to worry about.

They're definately NOT A RIP-OFF!

I am a loyal cutomer of this company and have been for many years (about 4). I have never had a problem with their products, ordering or shipping departments. I order atleast once every 4 or 5 months and am always happy with my purchases. I have NEVER had a problem. Most people I have read posts from like this sound like they are jumping on some bandwagon of product bashing or are just trying to make a company look bad. I don't get it!

This company has been online and selling its products for a long time. They are not out to scam anyone, they have a friendly customer service department that I have talked to once or twice to confirm my order. NO PROBLEMS! I have never had a problem with this company and I refer friends to them all the time. They truly have a unique product and I stand behind them 100%.

Posts like thos guys are baseless and obviously meant to tarnish the companies reputation. Why would this person even order? If you are going to buy products on the interenet and have them shipped through the mail you are going to have to wait sometimes up to a week to get them. It's called mail order. If you cannot handle ordering from a company online and waiting for the package you should not shop online. end of story.

Jarrod, I do not have any of your info in order to actually look up your order and assist you.

Is there a way you can actually contact me direct and provide me your order # so I can look it up for you if you need me to? I cannot look up any order info or provide simply by your 1st name. If I was not happy to help you, than WHY would I be responding to your post? Isn't that reason enough to trust we are here to help you? I mean if we did not respond, then you would assume we are not out to help you, but you say on your post you ordered tuesday, and give me no info to look it up to help you, if you need help. Just email me your order #, or call me with it, or, if you for some reason do not want to contact me, at least post your order #, so I can look it up and assist you. In the time it took to respond on this board, wait for it to be posted, read your reply, post back to you, I could have tracked your shipment 1000 times. 1-866-437-2748. I was in the office today from 9 am to 4pm and did not get any calls from you , or emails. If you actually need help, just contact me, as this posting back and forth is not getting anywhere since I have no other info , other than your 1st name. Another question, why are you bashing our company for no reason? Just email me direct, or call me, so I can help you, there is nothing else I can do for you if all the info I have is your 1st name. I can look up your order #, and provide you ups tracking instantly with an order #.

Ok,Derek,let's see how it plays out. I placed my order on 3/28/06 with a credit card and it's now 4/7/06. If I do not recieve my package today then I plan on calling the number you've been giving out to everyone...but according to them you can't reach anyone on it and the emails never get answers...so what's the excuse with that? You employ over 30 people for a "big company"? There's more than 30 people who work at my local grocery store. So why don't any of these "30 people" answer the phones? What's the answer to that then considering that EVERY person who calls this number gets the SAME experience? Calls,noone answers,then gets a message after the phonelines are closed. No reply? Nothing to say about it? I have yet to see one response from you to say why the emails are never responded to and how not one person answers the phone from 9am to 3pm (that's 6 hours).

I placed the order on the 28th of March and it hasnt come yet. I'll see if it gets here today (in which it probably won't) and then i'll "call this phonenumber" and post my reciept up on here. Then I can't wait to see what happens to my friend who lives in Georgia with his order.

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt here,but with EVERYONE having the SAME EXACT experience (no respond to emails,no answered calls) i'm not very optimistic. I guess this is the land of opportunity...the opportunity to scam people out of their money by phony businesses. But hey,i'll let YOU shut me up by me actually seeing either of the 2 packages WITHOUT having to go through customer support. You know how that works? I give you money,you send me out my product,we're all happy?

Again,i'm giving the benefit of the doubt,but if BOTH my friend and I have to go through customer support just to get a package and go through the same thing everyone else had to then it's obvious this is just a scam.

Sir, you just placed an order TWO days ago, and you posted a non-receipt report?

How is this possible?

So if I am reading this correctly, you JUST placed an order tuesday, today is THURSDAY, and are already posting a rip off report and you did not even allow time to receive it? I am not sure how, or why this was posted, or how you would expect us to respond. We are not a 2 person company. We employ over 30 people and are a large corporation, consisting of a variety of online stores. We ship over 50,000 orders a month, and have less than 1 in 1000 customer complaint ratio. We take visa, amerix and mastercard, and echeck, or money order. We ship via ups. We used to ship via postal service and fedex. Yes there were stolen packages from the us postal service. We previously used them for 4 years without an issue. Now we do not use them. Your order (a credit card order) should reach you in 2-6 business days depending on if you rushed your puchase or not. Your friend's order (you said echeck) will take on average at least a week before it can ship. An echeck is a check, so it has to clear before shipment. Credit card rush orders ship within 1 business day, and non rush within 2-3 business days. It amazes me that people actually post bad stuff before they even give a chance for delivery. The good news is, we have 4 complaints on here, in the last 50,000 orders and they have either already been resolved, which 1 in 10 people take the time to post and indicate, OR they are invalid, as this one is, since you JUST placed your order. If we were not a legitmate company, why would we be on this website, wasting our time, and energy, responding to these posts? because we are not only legitmate, we CARE about our customers. That is why we have been in business since 1998. That is why we ship 50k orders a month. That is why we have such a high repeat customer ratio. That is why we have 4 complaints on here in the last 50k orders. Other than lost packages that were stolen by usps, there has been NO PROBLEMS. Imagine working at the usps, and 50k packages pass through your main terminal a month from the same company. Discreet or not, it is inevitable that eventually they will steal, misplace, open, tear, etc one package. This led to lost packages, which we reshipped via fedex and / or ups. It just amazes me that people actually post bad things before they even allow delivery time! That being said, if you actually need asssitance, you can reach us mon-fri 9am to 4pm eastern time 1-866-437-2748 or by email at globallifesupport@gmail.com. So next time you read this, do the math and understand that in an online business, all packages need to be shipped. It is inevitable that there will be some shipping problems, or errors, since there is a shipping company involved and human beings do make mistakes, or in our case stole some packages. That is why we no longer use the us postal service because of their incompitence. None the less, we ship 600k orders a year. We have about 40 complaints, 99% of which were lost packages, which were already reshipped/resolved because of postal theft. WE now use ups. Other than the shipping issue we had months ago, which was resolved, I DO NOT SEE A SINGLE COMPLAINT. Therefore, please, understand my frustration as the customer service manager , when I read this post, before you even gave ups time to deliver the package. I have read just about every report against this "company" and what did I do? Well,I placed and order myself and so did a freind of mine. Nothing big, just some of the various smoking mixtures they have. I want to see if we get the same BS. I paid in a credit card, my friend paid with a check. I want to see if either of our stuff get sent out. I placed an order last Tuesday so let's see if either of them actually come so then this can be the FINAL VERDICT of this company's CRAP. It SHOULD (note;should) be here either today or this week by what they say.

I was almost sure about the site was phony just by looking at all the errors with the shipping,the various graphics saying you can pay by Discover card and UPS sends it but then you CANT pay with Discover and it comes with FedEx. I really wish I could see them respond to all the claims against them where people have actually found the addresses and such showing their a phony. The UPS has been stealing packages...yet it sends in a small,discreet box? I don't understand why people can think they get away with this stuff I really don't. This America buddy,you can't talk your way out of everything because with enough pissed off people you're going to get it brought down on you in the end.

So let's see what happens with me and my buddy with our packages because I have a feeling i'm not going to be seeing very much. Then if I don't,I can't wait to start taking action. I've had other companies taken care of when I had problems with their products,so what makes this company think that 2 guys (or whoever operates it) selling plants out of their house is going to get away with it either? Do I smell a law suit?

If you have any problems with any orders from our company, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you. I am unable to find your info based on the information you provided on this post, however, I would love to be able to help you. Since this post is so old (4 months) and I have already replied to it multiple times, without my actual reply being posted by this complaint only based website, I am not sure if you will see this post. If you do, please contact me direct at globallifesupport@gmail.com or call 866-437-2748 mon-fri 9am to 4pm eastern std time. I am happy to help you , and if your order was shipping and lost or returned due to insufficient address, etc, I can reship, but cannot do anything without your info. IF you have a problem, it is much more efficient to contact us direct rather than hope we see your message on this "complaint only" oriented message board. While there are 1 in 1000 unhappy customers, 99.9% of problems are resolved within 1 business day of contacting us. We are an online company, we do ship every single order we receive, and therefore sometimes there are errors with the shipping company, mis spelled addresses, people forgetting to add their apt #, etc. However, if you ever have any problems, all you need to do is contact our custdomer service team, and we are MORE than happy to help you. This message board lists complaints of thousands of companies, including hewlett packard, walmart, etc. Notice it is a complaint only board. Therefore there is nothing but unhappy people. IT leaves out the 50,000 happy customers we serve each year, and only lists the 50 unhappy ones. We have less than a .01% compaint to satisfaction ratio, but the only people who take the time to post are people with problems with their purchase. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem so we can assist you. If we did not care about each and every single customer, we would not spend the time perusing a complaint board and trying to help every customer like yourself.
