I won't speak for the quality of the product, For I have not received it yet. But I will speak on the quality of customer service thus far. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago with a "Rush" delivery on my order and still haven't received a thing. I had written an email to the company on the 19th of the this month to see if there was any progress with my order and to ask for an email back because I had read so much negativity about them on these boards and was starting to feel a little nervous about my order. I read on their site they have fast responses back to you..within 24 hours (And as some fakes on this board have led us to believe, 4 or 5 hours). It is now the 21st and have not heard nothing. If this is normal practice (And seeing the numerous complaints against this company here it is) then this company needs to just call it quits, and stop ripping people off. I'm ok with helping the little guy make a buck, but this is insane. I will definitely keep you all up to date on the status of my order.

No More emails or order

Well Again I have written this company to explain that my order had not arrived. No Email, Phone call, Nothing. I have just found that the email I received earlier was an "Automated Response" I received 2 of the exact same emails. They go as follows:

I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase. We do have a very high (over 80%) repeat customer ratio, however it is impossible to please everyone! Out of the 30,000 monthly orders we ship, most people reorder atleast twice.

As far as your return, we have a 10 day exchange policy which you can view on our website www.herbalsmokeshop.com/returns.html

And the other one goes as follows, with a little difference:

Just received an email

I have just received an email from a gentleman named bob. He sounded like he really read my email and like he was a real person. He didn't however touch base with me on my order he just sent me a link about their return policy. (my email to them before expressed how I would like a refund if they could not ship in the time allotted.)

I sent another email to him in regards to my order, I hope to hear back from them soon. I will keep you updated as to what happens next
