This company goes by several names including Global Life Inc., aka www.vaporizergiant.com aka www.legalbuds.com aka V.G. Enterprises aka GLE.

I sure wish I had found the previous complaints about this company before I placed an order with them.

I placed an order with them on 10/20/08. I requested the "rush" delivery which on their website states that a "rush" order will be shipped within 24 hours, 2nd or next day air. I was sent a UPS tracking number the same day but when I tracked the package, only the billing information had been submitted, the package had not been dropped off to UPS yet. I check the tracking number on 10/21/08 and again no drop off yet. Starting on 10/23/08, I called their customer service number 1-866-437-2748, as displayed on their website. I probably attempted to contact them at least ten times a day, during the business hours that are stated on their answering machine, 9-4PM, and just like all the other complaints about this company, they NEVER answer the phone and you can not leave a message. They may have rebuttals that state that they answer their phone, but check for yourself before you place any orders with this crooked operation.

I also sent numerous emails requesting that they contact me to explain why the order had not been sent. I received one reply on 10/24/08 which said that there was a backorder from the company and that they did not know when they would be in. Every attempt to get a response from them thereafter, no matter what contact means I used, was pointless.

I inquired with the manufacturer of the item I ordered to see if they were on backorder and they were not. I then looked elsewhere on the internet and found several other companies that did have the item, that also knew what customer service was. I ordered it through another company and received it within 2 days of ordering. I suggest that if you are planning on making any order from any of these companies, you look elsewhere, as they will provide much better customer service at a price that is equal to or less then this crooked company.

On 10/29/08 I received a reply that stated that they would cancel my order and credit my credit card. As of 11/06/08, the date of this complaint, they have not credited my credit card after numerous email request to do so. On 11/5/08 UPS attempted to deliver a package which I refussed, even after I sent an email to the company telling them that I had cancelled the order many days before and requesting that my credit card be credited.

They attempted to deliver some package 15 days after my initial order even after I cancelled the order and told them not to deliver it and to this date they have not credited my credit card after many many requests and the rejection of the package, when they attempted to deliver it.

Not only is this company not able to fill any orders, it has absolutely no customer service, they will not reply to ANY phonecalls or emails and once they have your money, you will have to fight with your credit card company to try to get it back.

If you want to order anything from this crooked comapny, I STRONGLY suggest that you find one of the many other sites out there, as all of them sell the same items for the same price of less then this company does and they have something called "customer service" which this company doesn't even know what the word means. I am sure there will be a rebuttal that says to contact them by calling them, but I can assure you that no one EVER answers the phone and I urge you to attempt to call them for yourselves, before any order is even considered with this company.
