I had received a letter on December 5, 2006 that was dated November 24, 2006. The letter has also stated that it was from the desk of the regional coordinator free lotto promotion. Says that this is the final notification.

It also states that they are from the Amsterdam, Netherlands and was held in Amsterdam, Netherlands on the 10th day of November, 2006. I have been approved for a lump sum payment of US $120,000.00 and spelled out. This letter also states that your file# in bold red lettering.

They sent me a ck for the amount in US dollars of $1,998.00 . They tell you that the check is for helping you paying taxes for the lump sum. They tell you that you will receive this sum as soon as the paymtns are completed.

The phone # that they put on the letter is in Canada. They also put that I have to respond by, a certain date. They also misspell president. They also put in this letter, to begin the claim I had to call North American Winners at the phone number given and also contact the international claim agent.

On the check it has a phone number and it is a cell phone number. The phone number on the check is from the state of Washington and the check states that it is from the state of Wisconsin.
