Global Living charging me for a subscription I closed down. ripoff Global Living New York

Hi sir or madam:
I am hoping you can help me. Last month I got a call from a representative of global living 155 st. suite 1 massena, new york 13662-1174. They told me that had an outstanding bill due and that the old credit card number I had given them was not in effect anymore. I did not even know I had Global Living so I asked the girl to sent me out a bill. She told me she could not do that. She said I had to give her a new account number and and verify all my address and name on a voice machine, which I did do. Then I specifcally asked her over and over is this account closed she said yes. I now receive a bill from the company for this month payment. I call the number 1-888-435-6767 twice. The first time they play back my voice message to me and told me that I open an account and they have it on tape. Secondly They told me to write a letter to the office and they might help me. When I asked if I still had to pay the payment they said yes and to close the account again I would have to pay over $200.00 dollar. I specifically told her to close the account.

Oh me oh my! You need to cancel that card! I hope you did not give them your social security number too! You need the police, not the ripoffreport. Cancel the card, go to the police and watch for any fraudulent charges that don't belong to you. Good luck to you and I hope that you are not ripped off anymore!
