For the past year and a half I have been getting a call one every other month or so stating that I have subscribed to some magazines that I don't even get and that I owe them $200 or so dollars. Some of the magazines that they say I've subscribed to are actually magazines that I do get, but most of the titles I have never subscribed to.

They claim I paid the first half, and now the second half is due. Is there anything that can stop these telemarketing theives?
