This company never supplied what they promised.  I called to cancel several times but they offered to tweak the service to provide a better result.  I had a large initial investment so I tried to be patient and see results. 

I called on 1/21/2015 in response to an email from them.  I cancelled at that time.  I never received any further communication from them after that time.  I just went through my credit card statement carefully looking for something else and realized they were charging me $129/month!  I called and talked with Charles who said his notes show I called on 1/21 but his notes don't indicate I cancelled.  If I didn't cancel why did all communication from them stop on 1/21/15?
