I scheduled a move for Sept 19th. That's all I ever signed up for. on Sept. 16th, this company calls me back and asks for a "window, in case something goes wrong with the truck, like a flat tire. How about the Sept. 17th?"

I ask, "If you have a flat tire on the 19th, how do you show up on the 17th, two days earlier?"

Response, "Oh we just need to key something into the system."

I said, "I can't do anything prior, only Thursday, Sept 22nd."

Okay.

Get a call back today, 9/15, "Our company would like to pick up on the 17th."

I call back, "I can't no one will be there."

They raise their voices and get all pissy and tell me that they WILL HAVE TO MAKE the move on the 17th, cause that's the day their truck is in the area.

I ask to speak to Ben, "The Head Guy", and he tells me that they will be there the 19th then. I am so mad and untrusting by this time, that I ask for credit and cancellation. Ben says, we will be there the 19th. I repeat, that I want credit and cancellation, no exceptions.

Just now, I get an email from some clown there named WALLACE, stating that "because of the contractual agreement and the stated 3-day window which they "Tried" to fill, they will not be issueing my $250 deposit. Thank you."

I called back, was put on HOLD, which after 3-4 minutes went to a busy signal then hang-up.

I called back again, and told them how PO'd I AM, and that I KNOW HOW TO GET THERE. What kind of crap, scam company is this. The fella told me to go to their website, GlobalMovingExpress@yahoo.com and file a claim.

CLAIM ????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF ??????????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't anything like this happen ever. How about you file the claim???

And, PS, I asked, How was I supposed to know to file a claim, NO ONE EVER SAID THAT, AND IT'S NO WHERE, NO WHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE OR PAPERWORK !!!!!!!!!

The fella said that the cancellation was online, and that I "should" be getting a refund. BUT, I SHOULD FILE A CLAIM at that freakin' yahoo site.

AND, P.S. --- THAT SITE, NOR EMAIL, DOES NOT EXIST !!!! MORE FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
