Global Moving LLC Lost and broke an elderly woman’s stuff and took no responsibility Charlotte North Carolina
Report number 1499973 is totally right, many of the same things happened to me. Packing incompetently late at night, refused to take some stuff, delivered with dozens of items broken and missing, to the point where their own delivery driver said this is a lousy company. Customer service means no apology, no explanation, sometimes no response whatsoever. And eventually an offer of $200. This is incompetence and negligence, not just routine moving errors where something gets dropped or scratched during a move. I was helping my 73-year-old sister move from North Carolina to Minnesota. Please also note -- look at the comments about Global Moving not just here but also on Yelp and BBB. There is a pattern of ridiculously positive reviews that, to be honest, many of them sound like no human being who was not being paid would write. Then when there is a complaint, Global Moving says they can't find a record of the move and asks the person complaining to take it down. So to confirm that I am not a troll, the move date was September 29, 2020 and Global's job number was B3461406.
Don't do business with them no matter what price they quote!
