I ordered Acai Berry Edge just to give it a try. I travel most of the time so I don't want to get involved with auto-ship. However, they charged my account before the time was up and shipped me the product anyway.

When I tried to get a refund they, of course won't, even when I spoke to a manager - who hung up on me. When I called to get a return number, I was told when they received the product they would issue me a refund. Once again not true. Now they say all I get is a credit and if the credit isn't used in 90 days they will send me back the Acai Berry. The product is of inferior quality and does not perform to the levels they portray.

I choose to do business with a company that cares about quality and customer care. Save your money and go elsewhere for your supplements.

When you initially placed your order you were informed that there is an autoship program with this offer. For many of our promotions the autoship begins 45 days after the date your order is placed unless you contact us to cancel. Every 45 days another shipment is sent out for a discounted price of typically for $69.90 and with free shipping. This service can be cancelled or postponed at anytime. These orders do not process any earlier than the promised autoship start date which allows you ample time to submit a cancellation request should you decide to do so. Once these orders process they become eligible for an exchange of 150% of the product value towards any supplement that we carry on our main website.
For your initial order you are eligible for a monetary refund if the order is received back within 30 days from the date of purchase, this is disclosed in our return policy included inside your shipment and in the terms and conditions on your order page. We sincerely apologize if you were given conflicting information by our representatives. Not enough information is included in your statement above for us to determine how we can best address your issue.
