I ordered a "Free" trial from this company.

I was told if I canceled my VIP membership (which they force you to have) I would not be charged if I wasn't satisfied with the product.

I used the product (Acai Berry Edge) for a while, it did not work.

I called and canceled my account.

All the sudden my bank account is over drawn, with some $80.00 from this Vitamin company.

I called and complained, and was then told, I had not sent my free trial back, so they charged me FULL price for the product, and that they would not take it back now. How are you supposed to try something if you have to send it back? They swear it was in terms and conditions and I NEVER saw it in there, nor does it mention being charged the FULL price of the free trial on the Return Policy or on the product invoice.

This is a HUGE scam, Acai Berry Edge does not work, nor is their company honest. They are seriously making someones pockets really fat in that company.

I would NEVER suggest this product or this company to any one I know, and I would NEVER buy from them again.

You call it deceptive.. I call it ignorance, the proof is in my last post with the terms and conditions.. can someone please explain how this is deceptive? You are given these terms and conditions to read before you even enter any credit card information. That right there makes us not a scam because we tell you exactly what and when we're going to charge you before the order is placed. It's not deceptive, it's 2 very clear paragraphs. By the way, any of you who call in and scream "BBB!" or "Attorney General!", Go ahead and file a complaint. When you do that, the BBB or AG contacts us to find out why you are filing a complaint. At that time, we show them the terms and conditions, and a screenshot of the check-box by the terms and conditions with a check mark in it, and your electronic signature (when you check the box and enter your CVV number from your card, that is your legally binding electronic signature). Once they have that information, the case is dropped.

I'am not the only one complaining about the deceptive advertising practice of this company. Free my aching butt!! You tell people about the free trial AND JUST PAY FOR SHIPPING LIKE NICE PEOPLE THEN THEY GOT YOU BY THE YOU KNOW WHAT.Then, after they get the product in very SMALL SMALL PRINT that you have to magnify AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT THEY ARE GOING TO BILL YOU $79.90. You are not free trial you are a fraud plan and simple as that. I forgot one thing, if you get a RMA number when you send it back they, you still will not get your money back. I will make sure more people know about your deceptive advertising believe me..

Here is a link to the order page in which a trial of Acai Berry Edge can be ordered;
https://gns-online.com/promo_v2.asp?pc=ab10

Do you see above the "continue" button where it says "I agree to the terms and conditions"? Click on the terms and conditions and the following box pops up;

*21-Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions:

Try out two, 30-day supply bottles of Acai Berry Edge with no risk or obligation during the trial period. If satisfied, do nothing and be billed the discounted rate of $39.95 per bottle at day 21 from your purchase date (standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days and is counted as part of the trial period. Rush shipping is available for a higher s&H). Or, if unsatisfied, send the unused portion of the product back during your 21-day trial period and never be charged. You are also protected with a 30-day 100% money-back-guarantee (minus S&H) starting from your purchase date. Auto-shipments will occur every 45 days with free shipping. There is no minimum to buy and you can cancel or delay shipments at any time by calling us at 1-877-242-1376 or emailing us at Support@NutraLane.com.

Everything seems to be pretty clear in these terms, including the information about automatic shipments, as well as how you will be charged after 21 days. It's all clear as a bell.
