Complaint Review: Global Paranormal Network created by Chuck Manning

American Paranormal Association and most members have no experience in the field. This was validated on profiles and the radio show regarding it's launch. What's the deal with the money and dues with yet another shady deal?

Chuck is trying to run a paranormal unity site and he is not even on a team that investigates paranormal activity. He is using people on this site to get into paranormal investigations for free and if he does go with you you will see what an idiot he really is. Our team investigated a place one week after Chuck tagged along with another team and the person who had to stay with the group said that Chuck was very rude towards him and all he did was sit in the corner BITCHING all night.So if you want a disrespectful person to tag along with your team on an investigation feel free to ask Chuck to come with you. He is not only scamming people for money to run this FREE site but he is also scamming people to join a investigation for free LOL I am glad to see that the truth has come out about Mr. Manning and his scam tactics I applaud everyone who brought this out into the open. Bash me and my team all you want Chuck cause no one cares about your opinion cause you dont have a clue on how a paranormal investigation should be conducted you are in this field to try and make easy money not to help clients or document paranormal activity! This is my final comment about GPN and the Chuckster he will always be an a*s and anyone involved with this man will be his junior a*s's

Chuck just wants to make easy money and go on free paranormal investigations with other teams footing the bill. This rip off site is very very usefull.

Let's stop the back and forth.  Mr. Manning will never change.  This is America, it is a free country and there are stupid suckers born ever second.  Chuck will find a way to find them, even if he has to hide behind other web sites.

Chuck is very good at what he does.  He's a snake oil saleman and he's good at it.  People...just please check out the people you give money to.  And check back to this rip off site.  Just becuase someone makes a pretty web site does not make him/her legitamate, moral, or possess a great character.  He's very good at what he does.  He's had lots and lots of practice. 

It is so easy these days to find out if a person is a bad person or not.  The internet can be a wonderful wealth of information.   Just becuase someone doesn't pay the child support for his children doesn't make him a bad person, but what a bad person is, is relative.    There are many others like Chuck who will continue to support his antics. 

If you wish to give money to a man who doesn't support his kids then you can do that.  Maybe you are a person who doesn't pay his/her child support too and you and Mr. Manning can start a new Club.

   lesson learned people.....do your homework, and don't give your hard earned money to dead beats. 

Chuck Manning enjoys the attention he's getting, even if it's bad...there is no bad press only press or attention.

Google chuck manning and the counties surrounding cincinnati: ie Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, etc...court clerk records  it's actually easy to find out if you're dealing with a criminal. 

Don't be stupid!  Do your homework!!

This wont stop Chuck He'll keep going.  When the paranormal doesn't pay enough he'll move on to something else where other stupid people will fall for the  BS. 

"Chairman of the Board, Creator, CFO"???  Legend in his own mind...usually these types of titles are reserved for people with an education who have worked their way to the top.  Mr Manning is working his way to the bottom. 

  My name is Chuck Manning and I am the network creator of Global Paranormal Network. About the only thing that is factual about the allegations here is that my network is hosted on Ning. Although the Ning platform is free, there are services they provide that have fees. Services that I and the Board of Directors on the site have decided to pay for. One way we do that is through donations made by our members. Many Ning networks do the very same thing. The Queen here knows this as she is a member of dozens of them.

Chuck Manning was in Jail for Non Payment of Child Support.   He was released on 11/12/09.   Helluva guy!!!

As my thoughts wandered down this path, I toyed with the idea that a persons character has to do with her (QueenofChaos) ability to love and be loved. I've written about how a person's ability to love is directly related to his ability to love himself, but I had never equated this to character. A person's character has to do with honesty, integrity, of doing the right thing even when no one is looking. A person with character is someone you can count on. If a person is dishonest, how can she truly love herself? If a person has no heart and is unwilling to help others, to be generous and kind, to assist in time of need, how can she love herself ? If a person lies, boasts, or cheats, how can she love herself ? A person with character has a kind of quiet pride in himself and it shines through his eyes (Chuck Manning) It's attractive and makes you feel good when you are in the presence of it. We are drawn to it.  If we love ourselves well, our character shines. That's when we can be kind to others, empathetic, able to anticipate another's needs and be there to help. We can love and be loved truly, deeply, unwaveringly. And we can look ourselves in the mirror and be proud and happy to be the kind of person that we are. And when it comes to the GPN Group, we want someone we can count on...we want someone with character.That person is Chuck Manning !

L am a member of Global Paranormal Network and have been for several months. I have kept the minutes of the Board Meetings for the past three meetings.

I am sad that the good intentions of Global Paranormal Network have been misinterpreted.

To put ads of interested organizations and businesses on the site, several people at a Board meeting wished that the Ning network should be paid off to allow our own sponsors ads to appear.Minutes of all meetings of the Board and list of members attending is posted after each meeting.All business matters have been put into motions for voting.Participation was limited but attending was open to all members.

After a few months with sparse attendance and discussion, the idea was considered that more participation on the Board might be achieved if each paid something as well as the goals of educational endeavors and equipment grants for network participants required funds
,In addition to Fundraisers such as an Equipment Giveaway,the Board made a motion and it was posted for voting by all network members that a donation of $12/annually for voting priviledges be enacted.
.This was passed and that was posted.

No one is pressured to pay this.They may still attend Board meetings if desired but only those who donated the fee would be voting members of the board.
Minutes and motions would continue to be posted before voting and ideas and input may be provided during that time.

TV and Podcasting has been developed.Various interest groups among members have been formed.Not all are "Ghost Hunters"but all aspects of Paranormal Investigation and Interests are represented.There have been some times that unhappy members mainly among the Ghost Hunters have taken issue with the purposes of the Network which is difficult to understand as Unity and Collabaration serve as the basis for it.It does ,however show the need in this field for such a basis.

All the expenses were initially from the personal money of Chuck Manning the founder.This was unrealistic,All the money received by donations and advertising is accounted for regularly in the posted minutes.
Neither Chuck nor the Board have dashed off to a plush surrounding with the money.

Chuck simply had a personal LOA for a  family emergency and business has been going on as usual with the exception of two cancelled meetings of the Board,The site administrators continue in their role.There has been no fraud or ripoff just it would seem a misunderstanding not held by the majority of members,
