Complaint Review: GLOBAL PERSONAL TAMMY DUKES

This is not a falsefied report, I wrote this report in support of my mother who has been wrongfully terminate by this employer she worked for global 3 years, this past year was wasted because of global they ruined christmas for my mother & me, made falsfied statements during the unemployment hearing my mom work as a nurse for global working @ different locations the black people were treated more favorable got more hours & got more pay, this one black employer my mother talk to they made $22 a hour my mother only made $20 a hour & the black people got more hours & more days to work my mother only got 2 or 3 days this whole year was wasted because of global treating her unfairly this is a race issue. My mother called out sick one weekend she was suppose to work, & they terminated her for excessive absent & insubornation & made accused her of making harassing phone calls with my mother being supposedly being verbal abusive to her employer which is what they stated during the unemployment hearing & they had a witness to the supposedly phone calls my mother was making that is why they terminanted her. The office manager said the phone calls happend after the discharge & the hearing officer said they was not going to use that sense the phone calls were made after the discharge, but the hearing officer said the withness was creditable & that it was my mothers fault my mother is know appealing this. I will contact the governer's office to report the hearing officer's decision to deny me my unemployment & I will appeal this decision to higher court & I will file legal action agaisnt global for the damanges that I have sufferd from them I do not deserve this type treatment. Before this problem I was always ontime in getting to work never absent but till the weekend I called out sick & global discharhed me for no reason global as no compassion for anyone their just in it to make money of people like how they were doing me. I will contact the governer's office to report the hearing officer's decision & to report global for defamation to my character. I, have always respected my employers & global is trying to set me up to get me introuble the battle as just begun & I will WIN! agaisnt global!.
