I sent $350 to a charity called United action for children . Reciever Elimbi Cavour in Cameroon. In exchange for a Friesan horse that was to be delivered to me in Wisconsin. I was to send the rest of the money upon delivery of the horse. I was supposed to recieve the horse on Friday Oct 16 2009. It is now Tuesday the 20th. The delay was because This Global pet and animal movers said the has to do a layover in Denver,CO pending insurance on the horse. $1,600. I refused to pay this so the person I was supposedly getting this animal from paid it but wants me to send the remaining money owed to her to help her cause she went broke sending this $1,600. Her/or his email is nelly01bright@gmail.com Name Nelly Ninnemen. Any info to see if anyone else was scammed would be great. I also had a foriegn man call me from this # 209-207-3477 He will not return my calls. Any help on this would be awsome. Did this happen to anyone else???? The web address for Global is.. I would just like to share with everybody that I was going to buy a horse from this same person, I myself was looking for a Friesan horse. I was looking for this breed of horses and I came up with this website www.horseonsale.com there was or is this horse named Miley, and that was the horse I was going to buy, they said they were giving it for adoption because the owner had an accident, and was now in a wheelchair...he would'nt be able to walk anymore.....Kendra Oneil was the wife of this person (good actor) has an email she is using kendra_oneil@yahoo.com They told me that I only had to pay Miley's delivery wich was $750.00 USD I told her to give me the information to send them the money. Everything was going fine until I got an email from animaltransport01@in.com this was suppost to be the company that would be delivering Miley. I got an email with instructions from: "Global Animal Tranporters Delivery Company" Saying to go to a Western Union with this following info:

Country: Cameroon This person contact# 209-207-3477
I thought all this was weird so I got into the website tried looking for the company that was going to deliver the horse, was not able to find the exact name of company, then I looked for this accident that happened under Oneil could not find anything, so then I typed up the cell number, and your story came up, and thanks to you Im not in your position.
I'd just like you and everybody else to know that if you type up his number he has other horses and dogs that he is selling of giving for adoption. (This is a Fraud)
