I originally got a call from one of their "customer service reps" but I've come to find out that this "company" actually just sits around and cold calls until they get someone to believe their lies.

They said that they are our current processor called "global processing" and that there are only two processing centers in the US so its better to just go "direct" with them because we are already using them.


Its not true.

The company name "global" is not even registered on the Visa Website found here: http://payscapeadvisors.com/list-of-registered-independent-sales-organizations.pdf In fact, there is no record of this company anywhere. And believe me I've been researching this for two weeks now, Visa makes sure that they provide full disclosure of whoever is doing business with them...do some research yourself.

 However, a familiar name was on the list "National Merchant Center" which is the name on the application that was sent to us. So which are you?? Global or National Merchant Center? I thought Global was the name of the processor? I'm not sure if Global is even a real business at all. So ultimately you end up going through this guy Brett who is probably a 22 year old kid and he "outsources you" (the same words he uses to describe your current broker, how dare they charge you a fee when you can go direct) to another company called National Merchant Center

 He calls every single day, and then I started getting calls from other people at "global" telling me the EXACT same line and that they are "updating the system" and I will get charged a huge fee if I don't switch right now. They really scare you. Finally after a week of calling me I told him I would be filing a report if he didn't stop and he YELLED and CUSSED at me on the phone and told me I was a F*cking idiot. I couldn't believe it one bit.

 I've never heard of any sales person stooping this low to gain money...its preposterous and sickening. And I really urge you if you deal with this company AT ALL to do some research, you will find that he is completley lying and most likely using your personal information (yes he asks for your social security number and other personal information) and he swears there willl be no credit check, but if you look at the visa website it says that anytime you go through a registered ISO (National Merchant Center) you will have your credit checked. Is that legal for him to say??!!! I'm appauled.

 I'm not sure if he works for National Merchant Center or if he is just another third party, I've done too much reading and there are so many people involved its hard to tell. But I will tell you this with 100% certainty, there is NO global processing, and they are NOT PROCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT NOW. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

 I had my financial team review this in depth and we are looking into legal avenues to take or at least report him to Visa and/or Mastercard. So far we have contacted National Merchant Center to find out if he even works with them at all and we have received no response. I will update when I have more information.
