Consumer BEWARE of this company. Contract has alot of fine print which allows this company to take ALL of your money without providing any service to you. Requested a shipment to deliver a car across the country and rep stated would be a couple of days. The fee would be $1000. Car was at a auto repair shop broke down. Was told unable to obtain a driver time and time again. Auto repair shop placed a lien on said car because was still waiting (despite constant contact with them AND Global Relogistics) and the bank came and took the car because they had 1st lien. This racked up $1400 in fees because car wasn't picked up as told. Global Relogistics maintains they have 30 days to pick up a vehicle (WHO WOULD WAIT 30 DAYS)?? Some of the fine print in the contract. So when the shipment was cancelled due to all the fees incurred and non pickup miraculously they emailed (not called) me with a driver the next morning. Since that email we contacted the company which now you can't talk to a person anymore, you have to EMAIL customer service. They waited and waited to send a form that they stated needed to be filled out and returned at which point they would return all but $125 which is also ridiculous because I now have an additional $1400 in fees incurred because of the non-pickup. However they still maintain the contract states they have 30 days. NOW they maintain he's not eligible for his money back but will give him a credit for 1 year for a future shipment. LIKE THAT's GOING TO HAPPEN IN THIS LIFETIME. So now this company has $1000 initially, cost an additional $1400 and NO SERVICE WAS EVER PROVIDED. Stay far far away from this company as in researching, I have read where they have done this to others!!! Read the fine print people because they maintain their ability to do this based upon the fine print.

I can assure you and everyone else that I am NOT another competition company. I am a consumer that was ripped off by this company. Here is my order# place back in February....Order # W837240. This company takes your money and justifies it by the fine print in the contracts, cannot contact customer service except through emails and then they drag their feet so that you run out of time to cancel your contract so they can keep your money...
