Rip-off Report REVIEW:

Editors UPDATE: Positive rating and recognition has been given to Global Resources, LLC for its commitment to excellence in customer service.

Rip-off Reports discussions with Global Resources, LLC uncovered an ongoing commitment by the company to total client satisfaction. This means that clients can expect that the company will work towards finding a mutually satisfactory resolution to any complaints or concerns. Global listens carefully to client concerns and sees them as an opportunity to learn from past mistakes and prevent the reoccurrence of those mistakes in the services offered and the support for those services.

Global Resources, LLCs president, Mr. David Danzig, has informed us that his personal philosophy is that his clients are a precious resource. As a successful businessman, Mr. Danzig feels it is critical to listen to his clients and respond properly. By always putting his clients first, Mr. Danzig hopes to maintain Global as a successful enterprise both now and for many years to come.

Another top executive of the company told us that Mr. Danzig's personal business philosophy is based on the premise that "strives to add value in its services as they understand that a successful business model is based on value-added services, and client care. Global' s mission statement says it all: "Our goal is to provide our clients the best quality, value and professional excellence in the industry." Some of the other things Rip-off Report learned in the course of its investigation: typical customer feedback reads: Global's employees truly communicate all aspects of the job in a timely and effective manner. We are very pleased with the responsiveness that they showed us. They are serious about meeting commitments, and delivered on all their promises."

Global's analysis and consulting personnel expressed extreme confidence in their ability to help us succeed. An analyst at Global stated "I know that Mr. Danzig takes a personal interest in the results of my analysis and the scope of work developed by the consultants for the clients because he calls me and we talk about what will benefit the client the most. With his years of experience in the service industry, I know that he understands what it takes to keep clients satisfied. I am always thrilled to hear from a client after we have completed a consulting project and find that the recommendations we installed have dramatically exceeded their expectations.

Global Resources, LLC takes employee satisfaction seriously as well. Employee feedback and surveys reveal comments such as this: "Global provides a very positive environment to work. Opportunities for suggestions and improvements are encouraged. Mr. Danzig is truly concerned about our contribution to the company and providing growth opportunities for us. He takes the time to listen and communicate with employees and customers." Rip-off Report was pleased to learn that Global's past and current approach to business is focused on its pledge to total commitment towards client and employee satisfaction.

Global recognizes that complaints posted on Rip-off Report (whether true or not) are issues that need to be addressed, not ignored. If handled correctly, complaints can be valuable learning opportunities. With the feedback generated by Rip-off Reports Investigation Global has made organizational changes allowing its clients and employees a more streamlined approach to problem resolution and a commitment to a great client experience.

In summary, after our review, which included discussions with Mr. Danzig and many of his past and current associates, Rip-off Report is convinced that Global is committed to quality delivery of services resulting in total client satisfaction.

Global Resources, LLC  Sales & Marketing Plan Ripoff Northbrook, Illinois

Global Resources, LLC is a predatory company; a wolf in sheep's wool.

As a 27 year old small business owner struggling to stay afloat from this recent recession, I was completely seduced by this outfit. I agreed to pay them a small consulting fee to analyze the business and see what areas need work to solidify my success.

Long story short, they sent in a consultant who seemed to be analyzing the business, but really what he was there for was to find out about me personally and prey upon my emotions as they relate to the business. He promised that "We're going to get you the help you need." I looked at the rate they wanted to charge me and asked him, "You've seen my numbers, can I afford this?" He replied, "Yes, you can't afford not to do it." From there, it went downhill.

Two more consultants came in for 2 more days and continued to analyze the business and see where the "help" needed to be concentrated on. They said that it was necessary to concentrate on increasing sales. So, the one consultant left and the other worked for about 40 hours on this sales and marketing "plan". What I got was something I could've paid a first year business student to create, along with a bunch of free literature readily available on the internet, along with an excel spreadsheet that was nothing more than basic cash planning. Was this worth approx. $15,000? No, it wasn't. I had already signed the agreement, so now what? I can't afford to hire a lawyer or mediator to negotiate something, and when I ran out of money to pay them they threatened to send their team of lawyers after me. Now I am continuing to pay them the rest of the balance, but I may as well burned the $15k in a barbeque pit. I have no real sales & marketing plan, except for the college level plan that they gave me. I paid for a Mercedes, but received a Kia.

What's worse is at the end of the 40 hours the consultant spent here, he asked me for a letter that showed him in a positive light. Being the nice person that I am, I wrote it because I care that someone has a job and can take care of themselves. Silly me. Screwed again.

I just turned down an employment offer from them.

My own very affordable consulting practice is very local to you.  Ive helped many companies put together a full blown marketing audit and ensuring their return.
