Please see the details of our "RIP OFF" below. I'm sure most of you familiar with Global will be more interested in my recent activities with GLOBAL. My company is Arbotek Associates, and I would be happy to hear from you Stewart POPE. REFUND MY MONEY NOW!!!

On June 17, 2005, I visited the Global Resources Offices in N. Miami, FL. As soon as the elevator opened on the 7th floor, I knew there was no way I would ever see my money returned to me! Farm Animals keep their stalls cleaner than GR keeps this place. I immediately opened the door and barged in demanding to speak with Stewart Pope, who belive it or not was not there. I then asked to speak with JACK MUNROE, a 24 year old, who poses at different times as the head of customer service (A JOKE) I was informed by Frank a smart assed boy,(locations department) with a New York Accent, that he (Jack) was at the VET.

I later heard Frank on the phone saying his name was John. Frank asked me how he could help me, I told him he could help me by getting me my $17,600 back. He said that wasn't going to happen but he'd talk to me and help me however he could. I said THE ONLY HELP I WANT IS MY MONEY. He said I was being a WISE GUY and he'd have me escorted from the property. I told him no need I'd just wait until the police showed up. Yes that's right I had previously contacted the N. Miami Police Department to file a criminal complaint. Case # 05-20923, by the way for anyone that wants it, Jacks' personal information i.e. birth date, SSN etc are included in the police report.

Frank and the other thiefs associated with Global immediately backed off. I then spent the next 30-40 minutes walking around and taking pictures of employees, offices, etc.. The Jackpot happened while I was roaming the halls outside of the office, by the elevator. There, I found 7-8 bags of trash. Seeing as how they were trash, I immediately began looking threw them. For those of you that sent in voided checks (we didn't) cancel those accounts, in the trash I found lots of copies and original checks, sent in by my fellow "distributors", so yes your checks and SSNs, etc... are out there for the taking.

I also found lots of things from supposed LOCATIONS. Gary at Lucky Mini Mart in Chicago, cancel your checking account before they steal from you. Also 3 Star Food & Liquors in Chicago, they threw your information in the Trash too. Ray Hebert from MT, yes thats right your's was thrown away also.

I found internal notes outlining the scams on Craig Fields and Edward Orona and others, regarding Walmart. I wonder if Walmart knows about this. Mmmmm imagine getting the worlds largest retailer involved in sending these thiefs to jail.

I found lots of records from their answering service Comstock Answering service, regarding messages from Ed Orona, Javier Grocery and many more.

I have many lists of people and the amounts you were taken for, and their notes about you. I wonder if these things will have any value in court!

STEWART POPE REFUND MY MONEY NOW

Dr. Brantley, in Nasville, sorry they got you too. At least we know there was a wide range of incomes, educations, and business experience that were taken in by this scam.

RIP OFF DETAILS
We signed a Purchase Order with Global Resources, Inc. on 12/14/04 for 4 Commerce Centers and 135 cell phones. This was to get into business with Global Resources as a distributor of Pre-Paid Cellular phones and Re-Orderable Cell Phone Minutes. We've Never received any product and would like a complete refund as they are in breach of the PO. Below are more details:

We signed a Purchase Order with Global Resources on Dec. 14, 2004. They instructed me to return it to them via Fedex, using a prepaid Fedex mailer already provided by them. We were anxious to get started and even envisioned being in business on Jan. 1, 2005, and we're mislead to believe that this was very possible. After not receiving product and not knowing when we'd ever see product, On February 3, 2004 we sent a certified letter, requesting that Global Resources consider our contract with Global Resources terminated due to lack of shipment of phones - and no answers w/in customer service of when we'd actually be getting our phones.

We then received a response from the "Customer Service & Relations Department" - emphatically stating "Since the earliest delivery date, by shipping overnight, would be 46 days from the signing of your purchase order and cleared funds, and #3 of the term and conditions states that if product is not delivered within 45 days of the delivery date, then therefore Global Resources Inc. has 91 days to deliver said product."

So, fast forward to March 16, 2005 - imagine this, we still haven't received product from Global Resources. We then sent another certified letter to Stewart Pope (said President) stating that Global Resources is indeed in Breach of the contract/purchase order executed on December 14, 2004. Not only by our interpretation of the Global Resources purchase order, but also by that of their own certified letter dated February 3, 2005 (see above for quote).

April 18, 2005, we received an unacceptable reply to our letter dated March 16, 2005. (By the way, the letter was dated April 8th - but postmarked April 15th). In this letter Global Resources states: "You were shipped, within the proper amount of time, your products to begin substantial operation of your business opportunity." This is pure FICTION. We've not received any phones or commerce centers from Global Resources to date.

May 31, 2005, we got another certified letter response from the "Customer Relations" department (Letter dated May 9, 2005 and postmarked May 25, 2005) - However the reply Form letter did not meet my needs. It is all messed up. It states "...there has been a delay in processing Mrs. Gerassimakis' phone order. However, you have been shipped and have received all of the products you purchased." - This makes NO sense, whatsoever. I don't know who Mrs. Gerassimakis is - and we've NEVER received any phones from Global Resources.

I Demand a Full Refund - as Global Resources is in breach of our Purchase order. In the materials sent out by Alex Moncayo: "Information for Prospective Business Opportunity Purchasers Required By The Federal Trade Commission" I quote section 15 - D. " Conditions Under Which You May Terminate - You may terminate the Purchase Order if more than 45 days have elapsed since the delivery date stated in your initial Purchase Order; and Global Resources, Inc. has failed to deliver the items ordered. In this event, the funds paid will be returned to you. Thereupon, the Purchase Order is automatically terminated and neither Global Resources, Inc. nor you have any further obligation to the other."

This clearly states that Global Resources owes us a full refund of $17,600. It is 6 Months today that we paid our $17,600 and have not yet received product or a refund. At this stage, only a full refund is acceptable.

Blake's Empty Rebuttal

Blake , or whoever you are you toe the company line just like the rest of the crooks at Global Resources. Never once have I read any of you from Global Resources address the central facts. You play word games but never answer the critical legal questions.
1. Why won't Global Resources return the money?
Lots of people including myself were given phony references. John Maginnis gave me three references not one was an actual customer of Global Resources. His actions also violated Florida Law that requires 10 real references that are located nearest to me. It's very simple, a contract signed under fraudulent circumstances is void. Nothing else matters, 45 days 90 days, not one word written in the contract is binding to the person who signed it. By law and the morally right thing for Global Resources to do is to refund my money. Here I sit 3 demand letters and many months later with no phones and out $14,970.00. I stated in those demand letters the above facts as well as other valid points. I get form letter that's full of "we are here to serve you, BS " Never once have any of the reply letters addressed the legal facts. I've called and and have talked to some of the rudest most condescending people I have ever talked to. Just like you Blake they dodge the central question that the contract is void do to fraud so why doesn't Global Resources return my money? There are only two types of people that work at a scam like Global Resources either you are part of the scam and a thief or you are incredibly stupid. Blake which type are you? To all those who still work at Global Resources don't insult us further by posting here you have nothing relevant to say. And may you all enjoy the same fate that your comrade William Judd is experiencing for the next 70 months at his new home in the Federal Penitentiary.

Wow,
Since I know first hand what your conversations on the phone were with the head of the locations department, Mrs. Cleveland, I'm surprised that you would still have the nerve to even post such a rediculous thing on this website. You were never told that you NEEDED to have 10 locations to get into fiesta mart. And, as sharon told you plenty of times before, they are no longer interested in having Justalk as a prepaid provider.

I'm sure Doug does not know that you have been writing more B.S. on the website, keep to your word, we are keeping to ours. Tell everybody how many LOCATIONS global has resevred for you. This website would be a lot more informative, if it wasn't chock full o' lies as well. Please before believing everything you read on a website, get the facts straight.

As I have said before, we have had problems, but so has every company. But dont automatically assume that we are out to GET YOU. Be smart. By the way Frank or John might be a smart a*s, but you're a criminal... did you not know that you were going through someone's personal property when searching their bags?

Especially since they weren't in the trash vestibule. So I'm surprised that You weren't arrested for that. And Paul, don't act like you weren't given locations.

Global Resources, Inc. scammed out of $34,970

#9Consumer Suggestion

Tue, June 28, 2005

Same situation, different day.

My name is Kimberly

We were scammed out of $34,970. Fiesta Food Marts, Inc. in Houston, Texas was the company that we were told "The General Manager" wanted at least 10 locations to start. You know the rest of the story.

I will be calling the Police Department to get my own case number.

There were a couple of locations that we were given name & phone numbers to. We did contact those locations to see if Global Resources, Inc. had contacted them and to see if they have tried to make them "distributors" as of those calls, they have all said no.

Thank you for the info.
