I ordered supplies that I needed for a cake order I had due on Saturday.  On Wednesday I placed my order and paid for 2nd day air to be sure I would get it by Friday. I never recieved it.  I called on Monday to find out what was going on.  They told me that I placed my order on Wednesday and Thursday is not a delivery day, so I would not recieve it until later this week. They were very rude and did not seem to have any care or concern that they just lost me business. All they cared about was getting thier money.  I will never ever use this company again.  I do not suggest any one use this business either.

It took all of three minutes to find this in their 'Shipping Faq':

Q:  RUSH ORDERS OR UPS NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY AIR?

A:
If you need an order by a certain date or you need a rush order, it is ALWAYS best to call us with your order at 800-420-6088.  We always try to ship the same day but it is best to call to confirm that your order was received or that UPS has not already picked up for the day.


Did you call in the order or just place it online with your fingers crossed?
