A very good friend of mine has been working extremely hard for this company for about two months. My friend has had the same experience as the person in the rebuttal section that did not get paid on any large commissions. My friend was told in training and on every sales call made that the client was preapproved for credit. But, somehow, every large commission was a credit refusal pool or the customer had supposedly cancelled and then the company "saved" the deal or not. My friend was owed about $15,000 by the company and received only a very small portion of this.

When my friend was recruited, my friend asked about when commissions were paid. My friend was told that after the paper work was turned around the commissions would be paid - the recruiter said this typically took about 10 business days.

My friend is one of the most honest people I have ever known. My friend feels very, very badly about telling customers they were preapproved for credit and then finding out later that they had been turned down.

My friend has had to quit the company because of this deception as well as the fact that my friend is now very deeply in debt (borrowing from relatives the past two months) and must find a way to pay bills and repay relatives.

I have been encouraging my friend to take legal action. I think that everyone here, both customer and former employees, should consider filing a class action against company. My friend has many media contacts and is also very good friends with two ligitation attorneys that have won precedent setting cases in several state Supreme Courts.

I know we are not supposed to include email addresses in this report, but I would very much like to include one here so that anyone interested in a class action could contact me.

Please remember every company has disatisfied customers or salespeople. Just since this report began on our company we have dealt with approximately 203,183 customers. Of our management team the President has 24 years of pool experience, the Service Manager has 22 years of pool experience, the General Manager has 21 years of pool experience, the Credit Manager has 15 years of pool experience, and our Installation Manager has 9 years of pool experience.

We advertise and sell pools priced from $299.00 to over $10,000.00. The customer chooses the pool that best fits their needs. We have sold, installed, and serviced thousands and thousands and thousands of pools.

We have hired thousands of salespeople, associates, and installation crews. We have been told by our vendors that we are one of the largest pool dealers in the whole country and we have more safeguards to protect our customers and associates than any other pool company anywhere. No company, including but not limited to, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, General Motors, Bank of America, and Delta Airlines have 100% happy customers or associates.

Even the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints, (See badbusinessbureau.com). After adding up all the negatives contained in this report we still have over a 99.99% success rate. In comparison to the number of customers and associates we deal with our complaints are miniscule. No company is perfect but we are trying to be.

Rachel - Jackson, Mississippi you say a friend of yours worked for our company and that we cheated her out of money, "My friend was owed about $15,000.00 by the company and received only a very small portion of this."

We have never short changed a salesperson out of any of the money that was owed to them. We invite you and your friend to call us and we will go to Binding Arbitration and let a neutral third party decide if we owe your friend any money.

Remember to bring your friends commission statements with you to the hearing. Whatever the Arbitrator rules we owe your friend in commissions, we will have our checkbook and pay them on the spot at the hearing. We will also put the Arbitrator's ruling on this Rip-Off Report. Binding Arbitration is cost efficient, fast and fair.
