Complaint Review: Global Systems & Technologies C. Gino Ward

My company ordered products from Global Systems & Tech, Corp. (C. Gino Ward) in the summer of 2005. The order was to be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. All product was paid in full months ago when we were told the shipment was finally complete and on the way. As of today 05/17/06 almost one year later, we still have no product.

Mr. Ward is a very persuasive which lead us to believe he was working to resolve this issue. He has completed some tasks but just enough to keep us stisfied something was being done. I believe now that he has no concern for my companies losses and I have no proof he is doing anyhting to make things right.

We have lost sales, marketing and promotional opportunities, along with numerous other business losses associated with the lack of product delivery.

Beware of this individual and this company, they can not be trusted to fulfill there contractual obligations.
