Global Technology Solutions Rip-off Water Filter Refund Fake. *Better Business Bureau DOES NOTHING!

Is customer Service dead in Philadelphia?? Apparently Global Technology Solutions, 5070 Parkside Ave, Suite 2106, Phil. PA. is making a valiant attempt to kill any vestige of customer service, and alienate potential profit centers.
On April 11, I ordered a water testing device; the company charged my credit card for the appropriate amount. When finally delivered on May 21, However, the company included a counter top water filter I did not order. If I decided to keep it, they would charge me $129.95. On June 4, the water filter was returned to Global Tech Solutions; ironically the same day Global Tech Solutions decided to charge my account.
My request for reimbursement was e-mailed, and sent by certified letter to their customer service department. The company then sent me the following e-mail: "You were placed on rush credit, you should receive it on your next statement. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. signed Pure Royalty Customer Service.
Obviously, their definition of "Rush" is different than mine, I have received 2 bank statements since their attempt at rushing, and still no credit. If the company wanted to mail me a refund check, my home address is in their files.
3 more attempts at contacting Global Tech Solutions have failed (the latest on Aug 20) in eliciting any response. >
I would like a reply from a RESPONSIBLE company official and their promised refund.
