Complaint Review: Global Tel -Link

Every tim I pay something on this account somehow instead of the balance due decreasing it is constantly going up and it never coincide with the bill indicating total amount due to keep the service from being blocked I am the only link for my nephew to be able to make contact with and it is a hardship on him as well as myself. I just wish they would get the amounts right and apply whatever payment to the account immediately I am using a securd method of payment yet I am still getting blocked lines after the payment has been processed. Pleasd help me with matter it is sickening as well as frustrating
