Global tel Link I paid $25 and was charged 10.95 for western union and only received 2 calls. Calls are only $1.00 Alabama
I went to Krogers on Monroe st. Toledo Ohio Operator Id 458 on the 09/05/2013 at 430pm, was charged $25 for calls for Global Tel Link and was charged $10.95 for Western Union and a fee of $6.00 for Global Tel Link for calls to be on my cell phone 419-xxx-xxxx, and which I only received 2 calls 1 on 09/05/2013 and the other on 09/06/2013 and I should only be charged a $1.00 per call from the Lucas County Correction Faculity at 1622 Speilbusch Toledo Ohio 43604, However I was charged more I only received the 2 calls previously stated above.
