Global Tel Link Won't put money on a pre-paid account after being faxed and sent to them. Denver Colorado

hi, i am laurie from nashport, ohio. i sent gloabal tel link a post office money order a month ago of $150.00, then i faxed them copies of all the receipts 7 times now. they say they can't find it. everytime i talked to someone they give me a different story. i even sent a money order for $40.00 by certified mail, they say they haven't received it yet either. my mother-law works at a post office, and is not getting anywhere either.

i feel that they need to do there job, i have done everthing i'm suppose to do. i would like for my husband to be able to call home from noble, and talk to his family. global tel link said that it be 3 to 4 business days to be posted to my pre-paid account, then they said 7 to 10 business days. it's a month now, i cant afford to keep sending them money, and them not posting it to my pre-paid account. i would deeply appreciate any advice or help on this matter.
