Complaint Review: GLOBAL TIMESHARE SALES

I paid for a 90 day listing in December of 2004. Nothing was done to sell it. I was called again in August of 2006 and was told that they had a buyer and it would take no more than 5 months to sell. I had to pay an additional $899.00 for a indefinate listing. Since I am now retired due to disability I was anxious to sell. I have not heard from them and have a very hard time contacting them.

I was contacted on 12/30/2004 by Marlon Anthony who told me that they had buyers for my time share in Kissimmee, FL. I paid $850.00 but was told I would receive that amount back in addition of sale price. Never heard anything more. I called and was told that it was being processed for sale.

I was contacted again on 8/9/2006 and was told that my previous listing was only for 90 days but they now had a potential buyer. In order for them to sell it I would have to pay an additional $899.00 but this was to be an indefinate listing. I paid this amount because they told me it would take no longer than 5 months for the sale to go through. Needless to say, they ripped me off again. I have not heard from them and having a very hard time contacting them. I am retired now due to a disability and this has hurt me
financially. I would like to take action to get my money refunded since they obviously are not doing as they said they would. It is a shame how people like this can do this to trusting people.
