I signed up with this company to sell my timeshare. They took $1,350.00 and never sold anything. They are liars, saying they have companies interested and they are going to present my property in a live showcase, and there's no such thing, the only thing they did for 1,350 dollars is put it on their website.Cynthia Mcbean and Charles are criminals along with the rest of their staff.
I been lied to by them and other reps named Christina, luis, deloris, stephanie and a few others. I was even told once my property was sold then the story changed soon after that. when i call their number (877-848-9854 or 321-283-2150) no one ever answers and when they do i can never talk to cynthia, i called one time and cynthia picked up saying it was not her.
Right now im very upset on what these people do and say, Please do not trust anyone from global timeshare sales. They promise so much before they take your money. They told me they would get my money back from 2 other companies i paid, its almost a year later i havent recieved anything. I fell For what these people told me, they even convinced me to not say anything through the verification process. That i would get the 1,350 back which is bull cause they never sold my property. And the verification department and the contract said its non-refundable.
The only reason i decided to file this report is to help others, dont sign up with this company, they dont do anything for you but take your money. lies from the very beginning and even more when you sign up. This office is 510 central park dr. sanford, florida and in orlando florida these people are not in brockton, mass.

We listed our Royal Elite timeshare with Global Timeshare Sales in August of 2012. They were very friendly, persistent, and eager to give us great information regarding how quickly our week would sell. As you can see, it's been over a year and we've NEVER received a phone call regarding our listing. We've reduced the asking price several times and each time we did, it took more than 2 phone calls to get the price correct on the website. This company could care less about you once you give them your $600. I advise against anyone using them to "sell" your timeshare. If only we could get back the money we so willingly, so foolishly gave them...

The advertising looked great, enticing and they had a hook in there somewhere that you fell for...
It seemed to good and too beautiful and too muchy like Paradise to be true.
AND THE PROBLEM IS...IT WAS!
AND IT ALWAYS WILL BE.
MAYBE THERE HAS BEEN SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY GOT TO PROFIT FROM A TIMESHAER BESIDES THESNAKE OIL SLEAZE WHO SOLD IT TO YOU but in my many,many orbits around the sun, I have NEVER seen who it might have been.
You need to contact Clark Howard or google his website and see if he still has that place where you can dump a timeshare. It will cost you $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in the long run that could have been better spent in a real house or an RV or a car or for food or to hold you over if you get UNEMPLOYED like many people are about to be if this economy doesn't get straightened up.

I paid 1350 to this company and they still havent sold my property and i signed up with this company almost 9 months ago. They always tell me the same thing, but they always word it different and think that i dont notice. im sick of hearing the same answer every day. I dont know how a company can lie so much, and still be in business!!
