I was contacted by a Jim Bradley with Global Time Share Sales in August 2006 wanting to sell my timeshare. He seemed honest but a forcefull sales person. I didn't contract with him that day but did some research first. I signed their contract on August 18, 2006 but agreement date shows 8/7/2006.

He said that Our Company assumes that your property will sell or rent within 90 days. However I had never gotten a call or an offer from anyone. Only the web site which I could display.

After several calls to Jim Bradley, He always stated he had an offer and was in the process of sending me proposal/offer and I should receive it in a few days. After about 3 months no more contact with him. Then discovered the contract is only for 90 days unless I renew it before the expiration of the 90 day agreement. I had a discussion with their client relations department and got it renewed but after more than a year now, I still have not had any offers or any contact with them.

This is a Company that only takes your money upfront and adds your add on ther website and thats it.
This Comapny also goes by the name of vacation Property Network.

I later learned from AARP that it is illegal in the State of Florida for a Sales Company to charge you upfront to sell your property.

I am contemplating filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office (Consumer fraud Div.) of the state of Florida.
