Complaint Review: Global Travel International

I have the hardest time getting commission it takes about 6 months to get your money. When I first signed up it was okay to go outside the website and book other vendors. I book with other vendors because they are cheaper. Now Global is saying you have to pay a fee if you book from someone else. For example: I do alot a business with one of the airlines for vacations and my clients are able to make payments and with Global that doesn't happen.

I booked 4 rooms in MD and never got my commission. I called every week. They had the nerve to ask me the names of the people that was in each room. One person put all 4 rooms in their name. I never got paid for that and I stayed on that weekly and every week they had a different story for me. I only stay with them because of the IATA#. I have found a vendor that pay you 10% for your hotel bookings so for hotels that is who I deal with. I will agree with you'll that GTI is full of bull and terrible agency. No support, terrible about paying you.

I thought I was the only that was having that problem, but I am glad to see I am not alone.
