Complaint Review: Global Trust Investment

This company samed me, They sent me a check and said I was a lottery winner.They told me to mail a tax amount of $2,900.00 to cover the payment of Canadian Non-Resident Government Service Tax. I deposited the check, it was no good and I called the company up and a very rude arrogant man with a very strained, broken english, told me to shut my mouth, and hung up on me.I was charged a return check fee.

I am heartsick, I have been out of work, due to a severe illness. I was delighted to have won the lottery, I thought. I deposited the check, it was no good, it bounced and cost me fee from this transaction. I called the so called business and a man with broken english told me to shut up and hung up on me. I fell prey to scam, which the upset before Christmas time to boot with so very hard times.Please anyone, don't be a fool like I was. Always check with your bank and as they told me there, if it seems to good to be true, it probably isn't. I lost at this, not fair. Mary
