Global Vacation Network sent out an offer of two free airline tickets and a free rental car for one week if we would sit through a 90 minute presentation. We participated in the 90 minute presentation and then began the process of claiming what was offered. The process for claiming the free airline tickets was very complicated and required that we send in money to receive our "free" airline tickets. The free airline tickes were turned over to a company called CERTS in Orlando, Florida that looked for every opportunity to deny us the free tickets. When I called Global Vacation Network to complain, they reported there was nothing they could do. We never did receive the free airline tickets

The Gloval Vacation Network representative had to be reminded that a free rental car was offered before he presented the certificate. The free rental car was handled by VIP Travel Reservations in Port Orange Floida. Again the process was very complicated and required sending in money ahead of time. Eventually we were denied the free rental car and again when I called Global Vacation Network, they responded they were sorry but there was nothing they could do.

I think that Global Vacation Network made the offer and they should be stand by their word and provide you the free flights and car. I would not recommend anyone trust Global Vacation Network in Indianapolsi - they are not an honest and forthright business.
