I engaged Globzl Zest Business Solutions to provide me with two separate lists that Included name, job title, company, email address, physical address and telephone number.  I provided written instructions that clearly laid out what was being agreed to and Global Zest and myself signed off on this document. After four attempts for GZ to provide the requested information, they admitted they would not be able to provide me with the information requested. I asked for a refund and they resisted. Eventually they agreed to a $500 refund. The refund has never been delivered. GZ came up with various excuses related to illness, vacation, etc.  They have never followed up with my payment.

They would not take a credit card and they required payment in advance. 

This company had a chance to salvage my respect, but they have failed in every way.

Stay away from Global Zest Business Solutions.

I have been inundated with proposals from this firm to sell me a list in recent months.   The list they claim to have is of great interest and value to me.   However, something about their whole approach seemed very sketchy/fishy to me.   I have asked them many questions trying to get clarity and a full understanding of what I would be buying.   They do a terrible job of answering the questions.  They are dodgy and evasive.   They insist on payment in advance but can't answer simple questions about the sources of their data, the exact contents of the lists, etc.    It totally appears to be a scam.

I am glad I saw this Ripoff Report before I did business with them.   I won't do business with them now that I see someone else had a bad experience.

RipOff this issue has been resolved and its acknowledged by the client himself..

We have attempted to call you on 602-359-4357 but non of your options seem to work. this is really not appropriate of youll to continue having these posts once issues have been resolved.

Kindly have these solved cases removed from the Internet.

I am pleased to report that this problem has been satisfactorily resolved.  Apparently, the person I was dealing with had a health issue which prevented resolution of my issue. I would remove the report from Ripoff Report, but thier website does not allow for a removal of a post following original posting. Strange, but true, it cannot be removed.

I wish the folks over at Global Zest success in moving forward.
