Complaint Review: GLOBALINX

gloablinx charged my credit card 3 months in a row without authorization from me.i spoke to a girl named Michelle there and she said my credit card would be credited back. that was over
a month ago and on this statement it still has not bee credited
back. i call and call now and guess what i am either on hold
cut off before i talk to someone and now at 10:30 am their
recording is on saying they are closed, and what their hours are. gee they must have short hours, since they didn't open until 9:00am.
