Sounds like there is a whole lot of slamming going on with Globalinx. Contact your phone company and make sure you still have the service you desire--if not have them switch you back.
I hope that you got your money back from the bank. If not, go back and ask for an ACH (Automated Clearing House) fraud complaint form.
Then you have to protect others from this company by filing a complaint with the FTC at https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01.
