We have a condo in Florida to which we vacation about three months a year. We asked Globalinx to be our long-distance provider. But while there, it scammed us on to another provider which tripled our costs. Globalinx, after much negotiation, agreed it had made a mistake and was willing to rebate us $138.40, the overcharge.
We called and called and they said it was being sent and ,finally, they said we had to call the main headquarters to get a refund. Before that, the company went belly up and we never did get our money. We know Orion Technology, Inc. is the parent company. But there appears to be several of them. How to get our money back??
