Regarding Globalnetwarehouseguarantee: As you will see there a lot of double talk in this Guarantee that they send you. They also do not include any disclaimers when you choose one of their programs at a higher level. This should mean that their guarantee should be honored if they are a reputable company. They did not do anything that they claimed.

I ordered their site July 18, 2005. My site was not on the internet until I started the dispute with my credit card company until December 3rd, 2005. I was told it would be there and making money within 1 month. I see now that they did not disclaim a lot of information regarding there product. They lied. They also can't spell Globalnetwarehouse right in the first line of this letter ? that should have been my first hint if they were a reputable company. They took my money and ran and did not promise what they advertised. I also enclosed the site they finally opened when it came down to the wire for them to respond to they inappropriate actions. They ?God Bless?, you a lot to suck you in, thus making you think that they are honest. They are not honest! I have additional information and a file on them. I have kept records.

Additional information in regards to the dispute dealing with the credit cared company ? they do not protect you from this type of fraud ? Obviously!

I have enclosed a letter that I sent to my Credit Card Company in regards to the rip-off scam of Globalnet Warehouse. I have also enclosed how they tired to rectify themselves at the last minute before their time was up after filing my complained to my credit card company. In the end because Globalnet Warehouse ?would not let up? so to speak the credit card company gave in to these Internet criminals. Like I can read German. What a scam. They are nothing but scam artist that take you for a ride and think they can get away with it. They even say ?God Bless You', when you talk to them. Another thing is GlobalNet Warehouse Guaranteed their services. When I order the advance package no disclosures were sent to me per our conversation which I had expected, but then thought there ?Guarantee? was all that was needed per their advertisement. This company is a scam.

RE: In response to the dispute with Global Network.

1. Website was supposed to be set up approximately 1 week under agreement.
2. Website did not exist until recently ? But I was told that it did. It was not there. Only there thing that you go into was from their site, to see your activity record etc. see attached information ? Website finally created months later. Not the agreement.
3. Not all information about the flyers were disclosed i.e., stamps etc.
4. Company not only didn't provide the services that were promised per agreement, but I was told that it would take approximately a month after website was set up that I would notice activity. Was also told that during holiday season's it would be busier. None of this occurred per agreement.
5. Do not want to do business with someone who provides false advertising.

I used my cell phone most of the time so I would have to contact Verizon for the information. Please let me know if you still wish for me to gather that information. When I did use the regular phone, they had a toll free phone number. I have moved since I called from the last 2 phone numbers, which there would be no record anyhow because they have a toll free number. I will attach the e-mails that I just received for the first time Dec 6th, 2005. As you will see a URL was finally done but in German. (I can't read or speak German) asking me to respond Dec 13th, but about what? And I received the one at the bottom of the page Dec 9, 2005. Think about this - I had made original contact with them as you can see almost 6 months ago. Also I had check for the website several times after my phone calls to Global to clarify different things and when I found out that there was no website I called Global, left messages and calls ceased to be returned to me. This was a couple of months ago or so. The website might be there now but was not until very very recent, as you can see from my attached information. I had provided the website information to you as well earlier in my dispute. That included all the information they sent you as well, which I already sent to you in advance, as my proof.

Regarding the flyers. I was originally told that the flyers would help ?my business?, but I had to purchase the flyers as an addition to the original agreement. I was assured at the time that my business was in place. This was last August. It was my understanding at the time, because I was already investing so much money that the flyers were pre-paid for bulk mailing, especially since it is common knowledge that flyers are considered bulk mailers and usually have a pre-paid 3rd class postage on them already. This is the normal procedure throughout the US especially with businesses trying to make money. When I received the flyers at my expense and saw that this was not true, I contacted Global right away and they agreed that I send 100 flyers back to them and would charge my credit card to send them out bulk rate. I spent about 300.00 out of my own pocket for postage for the flyers and I saved the rest (at the time I had no more money to by stamps) and then I discovered that there was no website. I still have some of the left-over flyers. I know that they have to have them sent back ? but at my expense? I was really upset at the time when I saw no website and could see no reason that I should use any more of my money on a scam. Many of them do not even have proper addresses or no address at all, and many are out of the US, which even cost more. This information was not discussed with me in the original talk. I also have the confirmation receipts. When I called to discuss this they apologized after the fact that I was not informed prior to my receiving the mailers.

I am insulted by them saying ?Buyers Remorse?. But yes, I regret doing business with a place that can't fulfill their obligation right off the get go as promised. They took a lot of my money and promised things by painting a pretty picture over what they really do. This certainly is not ?Buyers Remorse?. It is not putting up or tolerating with a business that tried to scam people out of money, and taking action. By them fulfilling their obligations months later is wrong. That was not the agreement. I was told my site was up and running last August. They also guaranteed their services. Now they are reneging. That means they don't guarantee their services then ? right? People do not like being taken advantage of, and, I do feel like I was taken for a ride big time. This is a scam.

I refuse to pay for services of the quality that they have provided. They lied, and now are trying to cover it up with foreign URL's, information I cannot read, and then covering it up by providing the services months after the initial agreement had been made. They need to honor their Guarantee, per the information I had sent.

Here is what I received on Dec 3rd, 2005. I have taken out my e-mail address.
