My webmail service keeps going down and every time I contact them via ticket submittal or chat, I keep getting the same response:
1. There is nothing wrong
2. Clean your cookies and internet files
I tried emailing the owner thorugh his blog page to explain my problem and never got a response. When I tried emailing him a second time when I was having the problem again, magically his submit button was deactivated.
Everyone else is right about them trying to run a charge past you. I always get a "we are going to charge you for this upgrade if you DON'T opt out". That's a cheap tactic in my mind. Why not just send a promotion page and let the customer decide if they want to pay for the service rather than trying the opt-out strategy?
