I called Steve Marx about installing a main transfer switch for a generator.  Over several days he had me take pictures of the power panel in the garage, send him details about the various breakers, etc., answer his many questions  

After two weeks he quoted me a price of $860 to install the transfer switch and he said he ordered the part.  Two weeks later I called him and he said he would call me back that afternoon, the next week I call, the next week...so after all that effort and six weeks he tells me I'll have to find someone else because he's busy.  

I run my own business and if I treated my customers as bad as Globe Electric I would surely be out of business.  Use anyone but these guys, they're a total rip off.
