This is my third request for a callback or at the very least a response from your company. You have done neither, and that is unacceptable. I spoke with a representative who claimed to be "John," on 10/4/2018 and promised he would cancel my policy immediately at my request. Not only has he not done this, but I also have not received the promised cancellation email in the allotted time frame. There has been no movement on my file, and now I am receiving 2nd warning notices for lack of premium payment which I paid for a full year using my Visa card ending in 3259. I have sent to my credit card company a chargeback request, and a dispute letter to your company as well. I should have read the bad reviews and the NR rating on the BBB, before getting involved with your company, and now I have witnessed your unprofessionalism for myself.
