Complaint Review: Globe Travels Sify

I had booked my paper ticket with Globe Travels in August 2007. Eventhough I had ticket to fly in the domestic level, the Air India flight at the domestic level did not allow me to board the flight, reason being "My name was not in their list" I paid hot cash purchase another ticket hoping to claim the refund from Globe travles via Air India.

Its been more than 7 months I have made thousand calls to Mr. Herman(Manager at cedar rapids), Mr.Rajinish and Mr.Bali and other useless sales agent at Globe travels. They did not give me any definite answer. Please do not book ticket with Globe travels a unit of Sify Ltd.,
