Complaint Review: Globequest travel club

Globequest travel club We are trying to cancel or rescind our contract within the allocated days and they are telling us they will have to charge us for 50% of the contract. El medano cabo san lucas Nationwide

We were in cabo june11-16 2015 when we went to the presentation from globequest travel club June 12th.  We decided after we returned home which was still within our 5 day cancellation window this wasn't for us.  We called spoke with Priscilla from Miami office told her about wanting to cancel and she told us someone would get back with us because they were having a high call volume and there wasn't anyone else we could speak with At the moment. So we called back and spoke with Corey, he gave us a phone number to call in cabo.  We spoke to serval people before we received Ana Robles.  

She told me to send her my cancellation letter and she would try to start the process but we would have to pay our outstanding balance which is the amount of the contract.  I told her we were still within our 5 day cancellation agreement.  She said yes then told me to read section 13 of our contract which stated right of rescission.  I did but neither clause was pertaining to me wanting to cancel they pertained to someone transferring his/hers rights and failure to make payments. She also stated that they would have to sit down as a team to see if my reasoning was within their guidelines for canceling.  I'm waiting for a call back or email from someone with globequest travel club.
