Packed and transported my deceased grandmother’s antique furniture from Israel to the UK. Practically every item had some damage. Feet of furniture broken off, cupboards doors broken off hinges, wooden details and decorations crushed and / or stripped off furniture. Complaint was not followed through. Shocking and really made me and my family extremely angry!
